I use a 6 quart crock pot for this recipe! I use a 6 quart crock pot for this recipe!
Number of Servings: 12


    2 pounds ground chicken breast [fat free!], browned and drained
    4 15 ounce cans dark red kidney beans, drained
    1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    2 tablespoons chili powder


**Brown the ground chicken breast until there's no pink left; drain, and set aside.

**In a 6 quart crock pot, place the drained beans, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, chopped veggies, cumin, chili and cooked ground chicken breast.

**Give it a good stir once. Program the crock pot to 10 hours on slow, and let it rip.

Yields approximately 12 1 cup servings.

***You can serve this with BAKED tortilla chips, rice, noodles, and top with cheese if you like [NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITIONAL CONTENT!]
