    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Tomato Paste, 0.25 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Potato, raw, 2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)


slice all gradients ( potatos, onions, tomatos and bell pepper )
toss all with salt and black pepper and put all in oven pan
add 1 cup of water to tomato paste ,stire well and add to the pan
put in medium heat till tender then put in preheated oven till brown
