    * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup
    * Milk, nonfat, .33 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Promise, Light Margarine, tub, 2 Tbsp
    * *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
    * *Flour, white, .5 cup
    * Kretschmer toasted wheat germ, 1.5 cups
    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax),.5 cups
    * Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Nutmeg, ground, .25 tbsp
    * Salt, .25 tsp
    * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup


Preheat oven to 425 spray muffin tins with oil spray.

Whisk together in medium bowl pumpkin, milk, eggs, margarine, and oil. Set aside.

In large bowl sift together flour, wheat germ, flax seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Then stir the sugar and brown sugar into the flour mixture.

Make a well in the center of the flour mix and pour the pumpkin mixture all at once. Stir until moistened. Pour mixture into muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes.
