Introduction

This is a quick, easy version of an old winter favorite. This is a quick, easy version of an old winter favorite.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 lb Honey Baked Ham-fat removed
    1 lg can and 2 regular cans Pinto Beans
    .5 cup frozen chopped onion
    .5 cup frozen chopped bell pepper
    Pepper, garlic and anyother spices you might like to taste. I use 1 TBSP Pinto Bean seasoning

Directions

Break up ham into small pieces. Place in crockpot.
Pour beans, onions and bell peppers in and mix together with spices.
Add water or FF chicken broth to taste.

Cook on low for about 4 hrs.

Makes about 14 servings.
