Ingredients

    1 lb. Elk cut into bite size strips
    1 Red sweet pepper cut into large chunks
    2 med tomatoes
    3 tsp. garlic
    2 Tbl. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    4 c. Beef broth
    1/4 c. Corn Starch
    10 c. Egg Noodles cooked
    3 c. Water

Directions

Saute cut up onions, red pepper and garlic in olive oil. Add Elk strips and brown adding Worcestershire Sauce. Once meat is brown add three cups of beef broth and water and bring to boil. Boil until meat is tender. Add corn starch to last cup of beef broth and then add to meat mixture to thicken. Cook noodles. While the noodles are cooking add tomatoes. Drain noodles and serve meat mixture over noodles
