Ingredients

    # *Plaice (fish), 405 gram(s)
    # Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato - chopped
    # Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) - chopped
    # Garlic, 0.5 clove - crushed
    # Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    salt and pepper

Directions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic. Soften for 2 min then add the fish, tomatoes, capers and remaining oil. Season to taste and fry for approximately 15-20 min. until fish is cooked. About half way through turn the fish over and stir the tomatoes and onion occasionally.
