    4 ounces salmon
    1/8 cup rice vinegar
    1 tb ground ginger
    1 tb lite soy sauce
    1 tb sesmae oil
    1 tb canola oil
    1/2 small napa cabbage
1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 plum tomato
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    2 tb water + 2 cups water

This makes one really big salad. Put half of the sesame oil, 2 cups water, 1/2 of the ginger, half of the soy sauce, and half of the vinegar into a Sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Put the salmon in and let simmer for a minute. Cover and let stand about 3 or until it is cooked to your preferences. Meanwhile, chop the veggies and put on the plate. When fish is done, flake over the top of the veggies, Combine remaining ingredients, except the sesame seeds as the dressing. Drizzle desired amount of dressing over top (calorie information is for all of the dressing). Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy warm.
