    3 packages (10 oz each) frozen french style green beans
    1 can condensed low fat cram of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 1/2 medium onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs


In a large bowl, combine green beans, soup, sour cream and pepper. Toss gently to mix.

Spray a 2 quart casserole with non-stick cooking spray. Place green bean mixture inside and arrange onion rings on top. Combine parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Serve hot.
