    6 eggs
    2 tbsp flour
    8 oz velveeta
    16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 pkg frozen, chopped spinach
    1/2 stick butter (4 tbsp.)


Preheat oven to 350. Cook spinach as box directs, but don't spin, just squish excess water out). Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Beat eggs. Mix everything together except velveeta and butter. Place mixture in pan, then spread velveeta and margarine around (place where you want it). Stir after 15 minutes, uncovered. Total amount of cooking time is 50 minutes to 1 hr. Brown on edges. Makes 8 large servings.
