    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .75 cup
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Beans, navy, .5 cup
    Beans, black, .5 cup


Quick soak beans, let sit for 1-2 hours, pressure cook for 3-4 minutes, set aside. Brown meat, add all other ingredients, seal, and pressure cook for 4 minutes. Let pressure drop on it's own accord, open, and add beans. Makes 6 servings.
