    * Tortilla Chips, 1 oz
    * Chicken Breast, no skin or ground chicken 1.5 ounces (cooked)
    * Beans, pinto, .25 cup
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .33 cup, sauteed
    * Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 oz
    * Salsa, 4 tbsp
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 Tbsp


Combine ingredients, stacking from the tortilla chips up to the cheese on top. Heat in microwave for one minute. Add sour cream after heating.
