Introduction

Very simple! Very Quick.
Reduce fat by leaving out olive oil - but I think it needs it.

Ingredients

    Heartland Plus Penne (56 grams (2 oz) dry), 16 oz )
    *GV Mixed Vegetables, 3.3 cup
    Olive Oil, .25 cup
    GV Parmesan Style Grated Topping, 2/3 cups

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions
After a few minutes, add frozen veggies
Once cooked... Drain in colandar and put back in hot pot.
Toss with Grated topping and Garlic Powder
Add Olive Oil and toss
Serve Hot or cold
