Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup or 1 can
    Beans, great northern, 2 cup or 1 can
    Beans, pinto, 2 cup or 1 can
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 lb
    Chicken, light meat, 1.5 cup, chopped or diced or 1 large can
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    *Cumin seed, 3 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
    *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 4 cup or 2 cans

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours. Suggest serving topped with melted cheddar cheese.
