    6 tbsp butter softened
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 tbsp honey
    1 egg
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1 1/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
    1/2 slivered almonds
    1 tbsp poppy seeds
    1.5 oz cream cheese softened
    2 tbsp butter softened
    1 cup icing sugar
    1 tbsp half and half
    1/2 tsp vanilla


In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.. Gradually beat in honey and egg. Add in pumpkin mixing well. Combine dry ingrdiants and add into wet. Drop by rounded TBSP onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350F for 1-15 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
For frosting beat cream cheese,butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in cream and vanilla until smooth. Frost completely cooled cookies and store in ir tight container in fridge.
Yield is 30 cookies
