Great as a side or topper for BBQ pulled pork or chicken sandwiches! Great as a side or topper for BBQ pulled pork or chicken sandwiches!

    1/2 head shredded green cabbage
    1/2 head shredded red cabbage
    (or 1 bag of pre-made coleslaw mix)
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 1/2 cup fat free mayo
    1/4 cup spicy mustard
    1 fresh red chili pepper chopped or 1 tsp dried red chili peppers
    1 red onion, chopped or thinly sliced
    tabasco sauce to taste


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add tobasco sauce to taste.

Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.
