    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 pound 2 ounces chicken breast (skinless, boneless)
    2 anaheim peppers, canned, chopped
    2 pasilla peppes, roasted, skinned, seeded, chopped
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    3 tablespoons tequila
    2 tablespoons salsa
    3 serrano peppers, diced, optional
    Black pepper
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 cup sour cream


Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute the onion until tender. Add the chicken and saute 5 minutes. Add the tequilla, salt, peppers and salsa and saute until the chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add lemon juice. Turn off the heat and stir in the sour cream.
