Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz soy milk or coconut milk creamer (such as Silk or So Delicious)
    1 bag vegan (dairy-free) chocolate chips (such as Sunspire)
    1/2 cup cocoa powder

Directions

Bring creamer to a simmer in a small pot over low-medium heat. Add chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Make sure not to burn the chocolate, lower heat if necessary. Add cocoa powder. If any add-ins such as nuts are desired, add here. Stir well and pour into a small glass baking dish and refrigerate until completely cool, preferably overnight.

Tip: sift your cocoa powder so it won't have lumps
