Now you can eat more turkey and mash potatoes! Now you can eat more turkey and mash potatoes!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 15-ounce can of organic pumpkin
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    6 packets of Stevia
    1/3 cup egg whites(4 large egg whites)
    1/3 cup unsweetened organic applesauce
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 9" Whole Foods Organic Whole-Wheat Pie Shell
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    3 dashes of cinnamon
    1/8 tsp cloves


First, beat egg whites in bowl on low speed with hand mixer. Add all ingredients and gently beat until mixed well. Pour into pie tin. Bake at 415 degrees F for 15 minutes...then 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.

It is important to check on the pie periodically. It is done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
