    3 cans of yellow sweet corn
    6 large eggs
    5 tbsp all-purpose wheat flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup salted butter
    2 cups fat-free milk
    1 cup water


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix eggs with flour and sugar in a large bowl.
3. Melt butter in a small dish, then add to eggs.
4. Stir in corn, milk, and water.
5. Pour contents into a (greased) large glass baking dish.
6. Put in oven and bake for 40 minutes.
