Ingredients

    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders thawed
    1 box stove top stuffing mix, any flavor
    1/2 cup unsalted butter-melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer chicken in baking dish coated with pam.
Pour stuffing (straight from teh box) on top of chicken.
Drizzle butter over top of stuffing.
Bake 350 for anout 30 minutes or until chicken is done.

    Delicious! I diced the chicken breast into chunks before I cooked it and used 2 cans cream of chicken (reduced fat). I mixed all the ingredients together before putting it into the casserole dish. Sprinked the top with smoked paprika, celery seed & garlic Powder. Family LOVED it! - 2/23/11

    This was really yummy. Instead of melted butter I drizzled swansons 98% fat free chicken broth over the top. I am sure that reduced the calories as well was very good. - 10/29/12

    We loved it, I cut up garlic then added stuffing and used water with low sodium chicken broth! Very GOOD!! Thanks - 5/6/10
