Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    2/3 cup low fat sour cream
    1/2 cup sugar or splenda
    vanilla
    1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    dash of salt

Directions

In a 8 cup mesearing cup, put in the eggs. Add the sour cream (about 1/3 cup) so the measure comes to 1 cup. Add the vanilla, sugar. Mix well. Add the four, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Put in muffin pan, bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 .
If you bake a cake, bake for 25 minutes.
If you add dried fruits, add a couple of minutes to the baking.
