    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
    1 can rinsed and drained kidney beans
    1 can rinsed and drained white beans
    1 can rotel
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 TBSP olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash


Brown chicken in olive oil. Add in onions and cook until translucent. Add Mrs. Dash and garlic. Cook 2 minutes more. Add beans and rotel. Simmer approx 20 minutes.

If more liquid is needed to simmer, add 1/2 cup chicken stock (not in nutritional info)
