    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 2.33 cup (remove)
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 12 oz (remove)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed (remove)
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)


Mix ingredients together well.

Heat waffle iron. Pour 1/2 cup+1 Tbsp batter onto two plates. Cook until steam stops.

Makes sixteen 4x3 waffles.
