    Red Potato, 2 pounds
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 2 serving
    Scallions, raw, 5 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 5 tbsp
    red wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2.5 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp


1. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but firm (10-15 min). Draing and let cool.
2. Boil eggs in a saucepan approx 10 minutes.
3. Cook bacon over high heat or in microwave and then crumble.
4. Chp potatoes w/ skin on. Add to large bowl with chopped eggs, bacon, chopped onions and chopped celery. Add mayo, red wine vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika to taste.
