    2 Pillsbury Pie crusts, 5 cups raspberry, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and 1 tsp. cinnamon.


Place berries in a large bowl. Add the sugar, flour, and cinnamon toss with berries. Place in 1 pie crust and top with the other. Be sure to place vent holes in the top crust. Bake for 35 minutes or until juice bubbles up and out of vent holes.

  • Well, I wasn't completely sure if I was doing it right. There was no cook temp, so I baked it at 375 degrees and my pie loving husband said it was amazing!! So I say it passes! I had more mix than would fit in my pie, but now I can make a second! Thank you for the recipe!! - 9/13/10
