Ingredients

    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    2 large eggs
    2 cups fresh cooked pumpkin, pureed
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 pillsbury pie crust

Directions

mix dry ingredients, beat egg and pumpkin, add dry ingredients, gradually stir in mil, pour into pie crust. bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes...reduce temp to 350 degrees bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean...cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
