This is a somewhat tart smoothie due to the cranberries are unsweetened. This is a somewhat tart smoothie due to the cranberries are unsweetened.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 c whole cranberries
    2 medium fresh banana
    8 oz vanilla yogurt for some thickness and sweetness
    ice and water

Directions

this will make 3 good sized servings.

put into blender the cranberries, banana, yogurt. top with ice and add about 1-2 cup water.
set blender to smoothie setting and let it go for a few minutes till well blended.
