Number of Servings: 30


    1 - 8 oz package low fat cream cheese
    1 jar Smuckers Simply 100% fruit black raspberry
    1 container fat free whipped topping
    1 cup crushed graham crackers
    1/4 sugar
    1/4 Smart Balance - melted


Mix graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Press into a 9 inch spring form pan - pushing some of the crumbs up the side about 1/2 inch. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese (needs to be a room temperature). Add jar of black raspberry and mix well. Fold in fat free whipped topping. Spread in prepared pan. You can either freeze or chill for at least 4 hours (make the day ahead if you want). Serve in 1 inch slices. Will make approx. 30 slices.
