    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .125 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Turkey breast meat, 6 ounce(s) - chopped
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup


Spray medium saucepan libberally with cooking spray. Heat pan, add flour and whisk until toasted. Continue to whisk and slowly add milk and broth until incorporated. Heat until thickened and bubbly. Add remaining ingredients. Serve over toast or rice.
