    2 cups kale (chopped into palm-sized pieces, rinsed, dried)
    .25 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp black pepper
    non-stick cooking spray


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray (such as Pam).

Place kale in one layer on cookie sheet (you may need to make this in multiple batches if using a small cookie sheet). Sprinkle with seasonings.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until all of the kale pieces are crispy.

Makes two servings.
