Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pounds lean ground beef, turkey or even tofu
    1 diced onion
    3 gloves of garlic minced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato juice
    diced peppers, celeri, mushrooms etc.
    1 tsp each of allspie, cinnamon, garlic powder, clove powder
    3 bay leaves
    8 to 12 dried chilis (less or more, you decide)
    salt, pepper to taste

Directions

In Pam or olive oil, cook the onion and garlic, add the meat to brown. Drain all the fat. Add all the remaining ingredients, stir well and cook for about 2 hours.
Serve with a bit of parmesan on whole wheat pasta or what you have on hand.
