    3 oz Spicy Tofu
    1 Pita Bread
    1 Wedge Light Laughing Cow Cheese
    1 medium Tomato
    1 leaf lettuce


Broil Tofu under Broiler (about 6" distance) for about 7-8 minutes, turning once.
Toast Pita Bread and fill with cheese, lettuce, tomato and tofu.
