Introduction

I'm not a crust person so I love this one. I'm not a crust person so I love this one.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 packets of truvia sweetner
    .5 tsp salt
    1.75 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 egg whites
    1 can libbys pumpkin
    1 can fat free evaporated milk

Directions

Makes 10 slices. Beat egg whites in lg. bowl till slightly fluffy then add in truvia, salt, and pumpkin pie spice, mixing well after each addition. gradually stir in milk. Pour into greased pie pan.
Bake at 425 degree oven for 15 min reduce temp to 350 degree and bake 40-50 min until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool for 2 hrs Then serve or refrigerate.
