Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar blend
    1 tbsp. grapeseed oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. unsweetened applesauce
    8 oz. Greek yogurt (vanilla or blueberry flavor)
    1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center.
Beat together remaining ingredients (except berries).
Pour wet ingredients into the well and stir gently until just blended.
Gradually add the berries.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake 18 mins at 400 degrees.
Cool in pans 5-10 mins before removing.

    Very Good
    These were moist and sweet! I added some cinnamon for spice.
    Brought them to work and people liked them. Will make again.
