    chopped turkey- 2 cups
    prepared stuffing
    chopped celery
    chopped carrots
    chopped onion
    chopped/minced garlic
    cranberry sauce
    mashed potatoes
    broth-5 cups


cook celery, onion and carrots until tender. I used what leftovers I had from thanksgiving. Add the rest of the ingredients, including 4 cups of water. bring to boil. cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy ! Makes around 8 servings.

  • Will give this a try, except the cranberry sauce. Don't have any left over, just the rest of the items. Sounds interesting way to use up the leftovers from yesterdays family gathering. - 11/29/09
