Ingredients

2 whole Dried Mackerels(Bangda)
100gms.Shallots finely minced
3 hot Green Chillies finely minced
0.25cup raw shredded Coconut
5tbsps.chopped fresh Coriander (Cilantro)Leaves
1tbsp.Lemon Juice
1tbsp.Coconut Oil
Directions
Roast the Dry Mackerels on slow flame till thoroughly smoked.Remove the blackened skin and de-bone it.Flake the Fish and set aside in a bowl.Add the Shallots,Green Chillies,shredded Coconut and fresh Coriander leaves and the Lemon Juice.Mix it all together gently .Let stand for 10minutes.Stir in the Coconut Oil and serve as a meal accompaniment with Dal Thoy.
