Ingredients

    1 lemon
    3 cups of mini peeled carrots
    2 tbsp of chopped onions
    4 tbsp of curry powder
    2 tbsp of honey
    4 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning
    20 oz of chicken wingettes or 5 chicken breasts

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350. Clean chicken and place in casserole dish. Add a little water to the bottom of dish. Add curry powder and mix well. Season with 2 tbsp of lemon pepper. Pour honey over chicken. Cut lemon in half. Squeeze lemon and drizzle lemon juice over chicken. Add onions and carrots. Add remaining lemon pepper. Bake in oven 60 - 90 minutes until done.
