    1 Large Red Onion
    1 Green Bell pepper
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    1.75 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce ( About 1/2 Tbsp per Shishkabob)
    Bamboo Skewers


Cut all the peppers, onion and chicken into 1-2 inch squares.

Arrange the veggies and the chicken onto the bamboo skewers in the order you would like them.

Add any spices you might like.

Cook on the grill until the chicken is done - about 7-15 minutes.

While cooking on the grill, spray or sprinkle with Teriyaki sauce!
