    Chicken Tenders, 16 ounces
    Five Spice Powder, 1 tsp
    Dark Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root peeled and minced, 1.5 Tbsp
    Garlic minced, 3 cloves
    Bell pepper thinly sliced, 1 medium
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Low-Sodium Chicken Broth, .5 cup
    Soy sauce low sodium, 3 tbsp
    Cornstarch, .1 Tbsp
    Baby Bok Choy, thinly sliced 3
    Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
    Japanese Noodles, Soba, 6 oz


Cook Soba according to package directions.

Cut chicken tenders into bite size chunks, and toss in the 5-spice powder.

Heat oil in a large skillet (med-high), and saute garlic and ginger until light brown, 1 min. Add chicken and cook about 4 min, until it is browned. Add the broccoli and peppers, cook 1 min, add the zucchini, and cook 2 min longer, or until broccoli is bright green.

Mix broth, soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl, and add to chicken mixture. Add bok choy, and allow to wilt. Toss with toasted sesame seeds, and soba noodles.
