Give these no-bake protein bars a try! One bar fills me up for about 4 hours! Give these no-bake protein bars a try! One bar fills me up for about 4 hours!
Number of Servings: 6


    4 scoops protein powder
    2/3 cup flax seed meal
    1/4 cup + 3 Tb natural peanut butter
    1/4 cup water


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Pour in the 1/4 cup water all at once, then add 1 tablespoon of water at a time if needed to make the mixture a sticky consistency that will just barely hold together without crumbling.

Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and place in separate pieces of plastic wrap placing them into bars. It's easier to shape them by placing plastic wrap in the bottom of a small casserole dish and pressing the dough into the shape of the dish. Makes 6 bars.

Store the bars in fridge or freezer. Once solid, enjoy!
