Ingredients
-
1.5 Pounds of Pork Ribs
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3.5 tbsp yellow mustard
Directions
Mix all ingredients except ribs.
Place ribs in a baking dish, brush on sauce, flip and cover other side with sauce. Place in a 375 degree oven for 30 min, remove brush on more sauce, flip and repeat. Put back in oven for 30 min or until ribs are cooked through.
Once you remove from oven to plate, brush remaining sauce over ribs.
I like to boil my ribs prior to baking to remove some of the fat, some people don't so this is preference, I boil a full rack (1.5 lbs) for 45 min or 1.5 hours from frozen.
