    Chicken Breast, no skin - 5 breasts - 5 oz ea
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 3 tbsp
    Paprika, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked
    Pam - Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray


Preheat grill to med-high. With a sharp knife, slash each piece of chic in 2-3 places with 1/4 inch deep cut. In a bowl combine chic and lemon juice, turning tge chic until it is thoroughly coated. Set aside.
In seperate bowl, mix Mrs Dash, paprika and brown sugar. Take each piece of chic and roll in the spice mixture until well coated. Spray grill with pam and place seasoned chicken breast on the grill. Cook 5 min and turn. Cook 5 min more or until juices run clear when skewer is inserted.
Serve immediately.
