    1 can Hannaford Roll out Pizza Crust
    3 sweet Italian turkey sausage links, casings removed
    3/4 c shredded part skim mozarella cheese
    2 cups baby spinach, fresh
    1/2 c part skim ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper, black
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    3 cloves garlic, minced


IN a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat with minced garlic and red pepper flakes, until no longer pink. Meanwhile, unroll crust & pat into 15x11 in rectangle. Cut into four rectangles (or roll each section into a ball & roll out with a rolling pin). Sprinkle mozzarella over half of each rectangle to within 1 in of edges.

Drain sausage. Add spinach, cook & stir over medium heat until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat & stir in ricotta cheese, salt & pepper. Spread over mozzarella. Fold dough over filling, press edges with a fork to seal.

Transfer to greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 10-15 min or until lightly browned. 4 servings.
