    1 banana, quartered
    1 apple, quartered (no seeds)
    .5 bag frozen mixed berries (straw, blue, black)
    1.5 cups orange juice (you can substitute any juice you like)
    1Tbs wheat grass powder (or spirulina)


Put all the fruit in the blender, add oj and wheat grass powder, then blend to desired consistency.
