    Quinoa Supergrain Pasta, 8 oz box
    Nalley's Jalapeno chili con carne, 1/2 can
    Sweet Corn, 1/2 can
    Pepper Jack Cheese, 1 oz grated
    Colby Cheese, 1oz grated
    Real Butter, 1 tbls


Boil Quinoa pasta as per instructions on box, then drain and put back in pan.

Add 1 tbls. of butter, 1 oz of Pepper Jack cheese, 2 oz of Colby cheese, stir and let melt.

Add in the half can of chili and half can of corn, heat up and serve.

You can also put it in the over with some crushed tortilla chips on top and let it brown up, both are tasty, and pretty healthy and easy to make.
