Ingredients

1 chub (14oz.) Gimme Lean Sausage Style
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 med onion chopped
1 can rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 8oz can tomato sauce
chili powder to taste I like alot
cayenne powder optional
touch cumin powder or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup canned fat free refried beans
4 fat free proceesed American cheese slices
6 oz. dry whole wheat macaroni
Directions
Cook Macaroni according to package directions drain and set aside.
Warm canola oil in large skillet. When skillet is heated add chopped bell pepper and onions. Heat till tranlucent and soft about 4 minutes. Add Gimme Lean Sausage chub (This is a vegetarian Sausage style meat substitute) breaking it up with a spoon or spatula. Continue breaking it up in the pan and contiue cooking till light brown. Add canned dice tomatoes with green chilis and tomato sauce. Add seasonings to taste. Heat till bubbly. Stir in refried beans till smooth. Stir in cheese slices and mix as it melts. Mix gently till cheese is mixed in. Lastly mix in pre-cooked macaroni. Heat and eat. This makes alot. 6 generous 1 cup servings.
