    4 fish fillets, cut into 2x2 or left whole
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. italian bread crumbs
    2 T. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste


Stir soup, pour over fish. Mix butter and breadcrumbs, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle over fish, pressing lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 - 40 min.

    If you use the fat free Cream of Celery soup, the calorie count will be better....I just didn't want to spend almost $2 for a can of soup! :) TY
