Ingredients

    1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    1 can beef broth (14.4oz.)
    2 cans green beans
    1 pkg. lipton soup mix (chicken noodle)
    1 bunch of celery
    2 cups carrots
    3 plus large green onions
    1 can green chili peppers

Directions

cut vegtables in small to medium pieces.add soup mix pkg.cover with water and beef broth. boil fast for ten minutes. reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender. season with salt, pepper, curry, and parsley if desired. may add chicken bouillon, hot sauce, or worcestershire sauce.
