    *Barilla Whole Grain Linguine, 13.25 oz
    Turkey breast meat, 9.5 ounce(s)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 5 oz
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


While cooking past (using box directions) start the sauce.
In a small pot. add butter on med heat. When melted add in garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 min. wisk in flour and mix for @ 3 min. This will form a dough like ball. Slowly wisk in milk till smooth and warm cream sauce forms. Wisk in cheese and then add chopped Turkey breast and pour over pasta after it is cooked and drained.
Makes @8-1 cup servings
