    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup oat bran
    1/2 cup spelt flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch salt
    1 tbsp. honey
    2.5 bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 oz. pecans, chopped
    1/2 oz. walnuts, chopped


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix flours, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and set aside.

Mix bananas, yogurt, egg whites, vanilla, and honey in a small bowl. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the chopped nuts and pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
